Copy these, print them off on post-its and stick them on your wall when next factfinding. Use a couple of them and enjoy the harvest that you'll create.

  1. "Show me how..."
  2. "Tell me a bit more about that."
  3. "Go into a little bit more detail for me on that."
  4. "That's interesting; expand on that for me."
  5. "That piques my interest; explain to me."
  6. "Walk me through......
